Refund Policy

1. Policy Scope
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of paid Innogath subscriptions made through our authorized Merchant of Record.
Refund outcomes are subject to payment-method constraints, anti-fraud checks, and applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Merchant of Record Role
Our Merchant of Record handles payment collection, tax, invoicing, and transaction-level refund processing. Innogath reviews refund eligibility under this policy, while the Merchant of Record executes approved transactions.
3. Standard Refund Eligibility
- New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund request within 14 calendar days of the initial charge.
- Renewal charges are generally not refundable once the renewal period begins, except where required by law or confirmed by support due to billing error.
- Duplicate charges caused by technical error are eligible for correction and refund review.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Except where prohibited by law, refunds are generally not provided for:
- Partial billing periods after usage has occurred.
- Charges incurred after cancellation was not completed before renewal.
- Service interruptions caused by third-party outages outside Innogath's reasonable control.
- Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension or termination.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@innogath.com with:
- Your account email address.
- Order ID or invoice reference from your receipt.
- A short reason for the request.
You may also reply directly to your Merchant of Record receipt email; include the same information to avoid delays.
6. Review and Processing Timeline
- Initial support review target: 2 business days.
- If approved, refund initiation target: 3 business days.
- Final bank posting timeline typically ranges from 3 to 10 business days depending on payment method and financial institution.
7. Subscription Cancellation Reminder
To avoid future charges, cancel auto-renewal before your next billing date from account billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively reverse already-posted charges.
