What are credits?

Credits measure your usage across all features. As a rough guide: a Deep Research report uses about 150–200 credits, a Thinking-mode answer uses 5–15 credits (more if it searches the web), and a quick chat message uses 5–10 credits. All plans reset monthly.
Can I try before I pay?

Yes. The Free plan gives you 500 credits per month — enough to run about 2–3 full deep research sessions. No credit card required.
What happens if I run out of credits?

You can still access your existing projects, reports, and diagrams. You just can’t generate new research or chat until credits reset or you upgrade.
What’s the difference between research depths?

Free gets basic depth (shorter reports). Pro unlocks standard depth with more thorough analysis. Ultra provides maximum depth for the most comprehensive research possible.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Account → Manage Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
